The Cotswolds Village is a treasured part of this thriving community and provides a unique, flexible lifestyle. It is blending the peace of secluded surroundings with the best the suburbs have to offer.

” It’s like living in the country… but with better shopping.”  Resident comment.

The Cotswolds Village is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Sydney, with all the tranquillity provided by close proximity to Ku-ring-gai National Park and Bobbin Head. Moreover, it is combined with the convenience of suburban life.

Turramurra golf course is just across the road. St Ives shopping village with its supermarkets, wholefoods stores, assorted services, cafes and exclusive boutiques are a few minutes’ drive from home. And, if you don’t want to drive, there is a bus stop just outside the door.

The friendly village of North Turramurra offers high-quality shops, a medical clinic and a pathology service. Furthermore, it also offers a bowling club, and excellent restaurants for those evenings when you feel like a pleasant outing close to home.

For the keen walker, there are many bush tracks, and a leisurely saunter down Bobbin Head road will take you to a cafe for lunch or morning or afternoon tea.
